Bicycle Demonstration Team

The Cadet Corps Bicycle Demonstration Team was established in 1972, with members from the Cadet Corps. In addition to receiving regular training and providing different kinds of social service, team members hone their skills and challenge themselves to become members of the Bicycle Demonstration Team. The team not only allows cadets to challenge themselves, but also provides opportunities to perform for large-scale events, projecting a healthy image of vitality and creativity.

During the early stage, the team focused on Chinese style bicycle demonstration items. Since 1980, the performance team had introduced new skills such as international indoor artistic cycling technique and cycling ball, which has substantially improved the technical standard of the performances. The training nurtured indoor artistic cycling athletes and they participated in the competitions of the Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China. Some of them even become representatives of Hong Kong to participate in international competitions.
